Thomas J. Sandrin, MBA
THOMAS J. SANDRIN, A LUXURY WATCH INDUSTRY VETERAN WITH 16+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, RELOCATED FROM PARIS TO CANADA. HE EXCELLED AS CANADIAN BRAND MANAGER FOR HAMILTON WATCHES, PART OF SWATCH GROUP, AND HOLDS AN MBA FROM THE AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS.
Originally from Paris and now based in Toronto for over 20 years, Thomas brings 16+ years of experience in the luxury watch and jewellery industry, including his time as Brand Manager for Hamilton at Swatch Group.
In 2021, he founded Northern Watch Services Inc., a 360° agency supporting luxury brands and authorized dealers across Canada. Recognized as the 2025 Emerging Business of the Year by the Canadian Jewellers Association, his agency now partners with more than 30 brands while strengthening global industry relations.
A proven leader, Thomas believes strongly in the power of networking and in building meaningful, trustworthy professional relationships. He is known for openly sharing his expertise, continuously learning, and bringing deep knowledge in B2B/B2C sales, company management, partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing activations.
He is an active member of the France–Canada Chamber of Commerce, the Swiss–Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and Chartered Managers Canada. Thomas also contributes to international market studies, supports foreign brands entering the Canadian market, and frequently speaks at industry events and universities.
Building on his MBA and market research background, he also launched WatchDNA.com, a global platform created to educate, entertain, and connect the watch community, with a mission to become the trusted directory for all things watches.
